July 14 following Sanctuary Worship
Perhaps you have been attending Lindenwood Christian Church and have been wondering what it means to be a Christian and what the church is all about. Perhaps you have been a member of the church for several months or several years but feel that there is much about being a Christian and a church member that you have yet to discover.
Class 101 is the place you need to be.
Dr. McConnell will be looking at the following concepts:
• What does it mean to be a Christian?
• Why do we exist as a Church?
• What is our Statement of Faith
• Who are we trying to reach?
• What are the Five Circles of Commitment
• How Can I Develop as a Christian?
• How our Church is structured – how does it work?
• What is the Lindenwood Christian Church Family Commitment
If you are planning on attending the class, we need you to register so we can prepare materials for all participants, order lunch for everyone and arrange child care for those with children. Class size is limited, so please register as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact Dr. McConnell. Call the church office at 458-8506 or sign-up on the tear-off section of the bulletin on Sunday. Childcare and lunch provided.
